Refund for Cancelled Subscription

I been trying to get in touch with an actual person in regard to a refund from a subscription I know I cancelled. and I don't have that email anymore.

Thanks for the inquiry. I'm sorry to hear about the experience—that's not what we aim for.

Please send me a PM with your Roku account email address, and include the serial number of the Roku device from Settings>System>About, as well as the details for the subscription. I'll have a member of our Support team follow up to further assist you.

It's been a week since the Ultra I returned was received by Roku,  and still no credit to my bank card.   When will I get a credit?    

How come there is no customer service #, like most companies have?

I was not notified that my subscription to DAZN was renewing and I was charged. I did not want to renew my subscription but the money had already been taken so I canceled the subscription the day after. I would like a refund because I will not be using or needing the app anymore. Is there any way I can get a refund seeing I did not know I was going to be charged?
