I also was charged for NFL Pass, which I do not have a trial or subscription. The charge was for $49.99. I have done what they are instructing you to do - go on Contact Us. I sent 2 messages, but have not received a response this was over 3 weeks ago! Horrible customer service! I need this refunded back for I do not even use this channel.
