So I just purchased a set of speakers about 24 hours ago. I received a confirmation email which included my order number (800176544). "Great News! Your order is in stock and processing. We’ll let you know when it ships."
Today I go online just to check and confirm the status of the order and under Purchase History it says "No records to display." ...like the order doesn't exist. Of course they already debited my card for the $160.11
Some how I thought placing an order direct from Roku's site would be the quickest thing but I kinda feel that was the wrong route. I sent a support message and got no reply and the only customer service # I found has a recording about no live support staff available. WTF?! I ordered a Roku Sub from Bestbuy yesterday and it just showed up today on the Big Brown Truck.
I feel like this order will not be processed and shipped anytime soon...
Strike 1 - Charging my card before the order is processed and shipped.
Strike 2 - No reply to my message.
Strike 3 - No Live support.
At this point I just want my money refunded. That's all.
Going on day 3. Order still has not been processed or shipped. I requested my money be refunded and I still have heard nothing about it.
