Received a charge to my bank to acct, but no charges show up in my purchase history charges show up
Help! I can't get a Roku customer service person on the phone! I have charges for $16 (the price of an old subscription) showing up on my bank account but not on my roku account! I've tried to log into other roku accounts I've had as well... And one has no purchase history... And the other says the email has an account but I haven't been able to retrieve the password! Help!
For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing. Please contact them directly at https://support.roku.com/contactus. Choose the option from the drop-down menu for "Questions about my account or billing," and you'll be able to send an email request there.
