Received Error on Order, But Still Charged

On 3/6/2021, I tried ordering UFC 259 through my Roku device but instead received an error and was not able to view the event.  Without receiving any purchase confirmation notification or receipt, I assumed that the charge did not go through properly... but sure enough I was still charged for the pay-per-view by "Roku for ESPN".  The charge needs to be refunded. Thank you.
