Is it normal for an app to charge without any confirmation?
I used the Rakuten app expecting to be asked for a voucher code for a movie rental but was charged and invoiced immediately. There was no option to confirm any rental purchase.
Surely all apps should ask for confirmation?

Thanks. I wasn't sure which forum to use. It's more an issue with the Rakuten app rather than with Roku.
