So how do you get your money back they took mine for two months for something I never ordered!!!!

Hi Danny, and ANYONE else who can help me with ROKU BILLING.
I, too, have a charge that is MONTHLY (14.99) with the ROKU CHANNEL and I have looked into it now for weeks and I only have ONE ROKU account with NO active SUBSCRIPTIONS. Nobody can help me via the automated support email. They're telling me to report FRAUD and get a new DEBIT CARD? REALLY? That is a total nightmare to have to change my banking credit card. WHY can't they figure out where this charge is coming from? Please help me!
they don't seem to help anyone with false charges. I know many who are being charged 14.99 via the ROKU CHANNEL and it recurs monthly and yet, nobody at ROKU can tell me what the charge is!
Maybe they can't figure out where it's coming from because it has nothing to do with Roku. A scammer could use any description he wanted for a fraudulent product.
Keep all your emails from the fake Roku Customer service reps, who send you emails!
Close your Roku account and never buy anything from them again!
