I'm hoping Roku Support reviews posts, as they have stopped responding to email.
I quickly received an RMA number for my malfunctioning Roku Premiere, returned the item as instructed with the RMA number on the outside of the package, and followed up about a week later. I was told it had not arrived. I checked the tracking number, and it was delivered on 8/19. I sent this information via email, and have not received a response -- no acknowledgement that it was received, is lost, or is in the support process.
The RMA information on this site suggests that processing will happen fast. Can someone provide status or respond to the email messages I sent you?
