I need some info on how to delete my pure Flix account and why I am being charged from 2 different debit cards? For the same account
If you have multiple Roku devices make sure the email addresses that show up at Settings->System->About match. It's possible you have multiple Roku accounts.
Check your purchases at https://my.roku.com/account/purchases and your subscriptions at http://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions . If nothing shows there then the charges are not likely to be from Roku. If you have a subscription you can cancel it there. You can try Roku support if there are purchases/subscriptions on your account, but if there aren't any then they probably aren't going to help you figure out what's going on.

I'm trying to find info on why Roku continually tries to charge me the 14 a month when I already paid that company for a year!
