Purchased a channel by a mistake

I purchased the NFL a channel not knowing that I had hit the wrong NFL logo .Purchased NFL when I got my box a few months ago and I was trying to get it to work but I didn’t realize the one I had purchased wasn’t in the Roku channel so when I see the NFL logo I clicked on it . Not realizing I was purchasing it . Is there any way to get a refund ? I didn’t realize anything until I checked my bank statement. I have already canceled the the order because I will not be using it .

We would first recommend setting up a PIN on your Roku account to avoid making any further unwanted purchases in the future. For more information about how to add a PIN, visit our Support page here: How do I create or update the PIN for my Roku account?
