Purchase difficulty

I tried repeatedly to buy a soundbar, but the shopping cart had difficulty loading.  The support link is of no help whatsoever.  I looked at numerous threads on users having difficulty and tried some of their workarounds.  What worked for me was when it stuck on my address, I had to enter the neighboring city that shares the same zip code.  I don't know what the problem is with Roku's shopping cart, but if I was them, I would fire the vendor supporting the shopping cart and find another.  Once I changed the city on the cart input, it processed the order and it apparently will send it to me, expecting the shipping vendor to sort out the issue with my address.
