I set up a community account to look for an answer for another issue and it lists my device as the Roku stick. I don't have that on my account anymore. I habe the Roku Ultra and a Roku TV, and neither are showing and I can't add them. Doesn't really instill confidence that the system has not updated in 3 years. I got rid of the Roku Stick in 2018.
I think you're stuck with whatever products you indicated when setting up the account. Mine are 'way out of date too and I've not found a way to change them. I just rely on listing my current Rokus in my signature.
