Poor Customer Service

How do you file a complaint when customer support is refusing to help you and is condescending and rude?

The customer support representative Jean R, I was speaking to has messed up my account and is now refusing to answer my emails. How can I escalate this to someone else or speak with a manager to try and get a resolution?

So frustrated!!!
