Philo Charged my card.

I contacted Philo. They said they will not refund me. I sent them emails they sent me also talked to customer service 3 separate times. 1 attempt fixed issue. 2nd attempt was charged. 

I contacted roku support they as well said no refund. 

PHILO is a hoax. DO NOT INSTALL!!! Avoid at all costs. Horrible supervisors. Do not care about customers

Philo charges

I was charged a month for 21$ then realised they charged me for a free trial it said was for 7 days. How do I get my money back when the service has been cancelled an I don’t want the app?
