Pending order

I called 15 days ago and you are supposed to be sending me a new remote. Order still says pending and you will not respond to my emails. Just send the darn remote already.

Um, this is the user forum. Just about everybody here is a Roku user, not a Roku employee. Have you tried https://support.roku.com/contactus
