Payment discussion - Received a 2 month free sub and wwhen I logged in to Para only got 2 options

When I got my Roku streaming device I signed up for Paramount+ and I am trying to contact someone to verify the 2 month free option.  When I signed up for Paramount + I only had 2 options to sign up with Paramount +, 4.99 and 9.99 with 7 days free. Does anyone know how to talk to someone to make sure that I get 2 free months

The two free month offer is for first time paramount+ subscribers and when you purchase a new Roku device. 

 

Enjoy 2 months free* of Paramount+ | Roku

 

You can't get it on already activated roku device, or if you subscribed to paramount+ previously.
