Hulu is coming out of my bank account twice. I only have one Hulu account. I don’t want to cancel my Hulu account, just don’t want to pay for it twice. There is literally no way to get ahold of a representative.. how do I talk to someone?!
You can't talk to anyone; you can only use https://support.roku.com/contactus . Do you have more than one Roku? Could they be linked to separate Roku accounts? Check the email address(es) shown under Settings->System->About. It's also possible to subscribe directly through Hulu as well as through Roku.
