Paymemts i dont recongnize

The 04/28/2020 

A payment of 229.94 $ was taken on my credit card. And I don't recongized this. Its a payment for two years crave's abonnement . but i dont have the application a crave. 

How can i get a refunds for this error ? And can i talk to somone by the voice who work at roku??

Charged 2 times in the last month

I was charged may 13 and then another charge may 29 why
