I just purchased a second Roku express device for another TV in my home. I can't get past the activation screen because the app keeps saying that my password is incorrect after I just changed it! Then I call the customer service number and get no where because the situation I'm sure that csr reps would work from home but apparently customer service isn't a concern for Roku

Don't bother with any apps.  Just go to - can you login there?
