So I can’t sign up for Paramount+ through my Roku. It simply says, can’t sign you up due to an internal error. I’ve tried 7 or 8 times. I have also deleted and re downloaded the app, restarted my Roku, nothing works. I really shouldn’t have to work so hard to give Viacom my money!
I'd suggest giving your money to Viacom directly, via their website at paramountplus.com. Then the first time you attempt to view a program on Paramount+ you should be able to sign into your Parmount+ account using the credentials you established when setting up the Paramount+ account.
This will also give the benefit of being able to view Parmount+ on any platform they support (computer browser, mobile device, streaming devices in addition to Roku).
