I cancelled Starz/Epix value package August 2020 and I am still being (ripped off)charged 11.99 September, October and November! I need better customer service by phone or chat!

As I inquired in my previous post, how are you subscribed to those channels? Did you subscribe through Roku Pay or did you subscribe through the channel providers directly.
We would recommend logging into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and clicking Manage your subscriptions to see what current subscriptions that you are being charged for. If you do not see those charges on your Roku account, then you are most likely not being charged by Roku.

If you subscribed through the channel provider directly, you will need to contact Starz/EPIX support directly for further assistance. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

You’re tell me to call Starz and Epix when the post in my Bank Account for the last three months specifically posts the payment to “The Roku Channel”! Cancelled August and still being Charged 11.99 for September, October and November! Get it together and straighten this out! It would be nice to actually speak with someone or even chat!
