My mother made an order delivery was supposed to be today we did not receive it. She says it was delivered to my door but we have been here all day nobody as came we check mailbox it wasn't there it ither. I am not sure where my new Roku is and do not have the tracking number but I have all the other information. I really need somebody to look into this I am worried.
When the order was placed, did it come with a tracking number?
