Apparently you can not reach a live person(awesome!) it says I have no charges on my account . However they billed me for Warner media!?!? And caused my account to go in the negative!!? Real cool. If someone could PLEASE HELP I need gas to even get to work tomorrow... I think it’s ridiculous you can’t call and get some type of support. PLEASE HELP I DID NOT MAKE THIS CHARGE I changed passwords since this occurred... how can I get my money back and this off my bill!?
