I’m having this same issue still. No solution yet? Have reset my password multiple times. Deleted the app and re-installed. Turn off device. Still not working. I’m just trying to watch The Lion King. Please help.

The only fixes I’ve found involve my iPhone. You can use airplay or screen mirroring.

When I set up my ROKU it did not ask me to set up PIN number, now it is asking for a PIN number to add a channel. I did not set up web account until now so it is not sync with my ROKU for PIN number.

My ROKU is not connected with my web account so that does not work

My pin not working either. Reset it many times, logged in, logged out, same problem

Try typing in 1234 - that's what I did and it worked.

I did a complete factory reset with no pin, everything works great
