Did you try using the reset button to factory reset your stick?

Tanner,

I changed my PIN because when trying to add a channel the ROKU response wrong PIN.  I know the PIN is correct however there is a disconnect when trying to add channels.

Hi @zener1,

Thanks for posting to Roku Community regarding your Roku Pin.

When you go into the account settings of your Roku device through Settings > System > About, are you using the same email when you update your Roku Pin?
