Same thing happened to me, I couldn’t find the email confirmation anywhere so figured I’d forgotten to order and ordered another. Went to check my statement, turns out I DID order and now have two on the way. First one I don’t have confirmation number for, but have the credit card charge. I’ll be flagging as fraud if I don’t hear back from their customer service by EOD tomorrow.
