Ordered a new soundbar. Paid for overnight shipping. Status stayed at "processing" for over 24 hours. Confermation email states 2 day shipping. Order number on roku site shows overnight shipping. Today the same order number brings up nothing on the site, but roku has my money. Any chance I will get my product, or has my money been stolen?
Update: no community response, no response at customer service number, no response to email sent to customer service, and my order still says "processing" even though they took my money yesterday.
