My order placed on 11/26 was canceled without any explanation. I simply received an email saying the order was cancelled when I was expecting a shipment date.
There are no issues with my payment type.
No explanation was given. Only that I try to place the order again and make sure I enter all the credit card information correctly. It's been over 48 hours so I will just order it from Amazon. Roku did refund my credit card but I will not order directly from Roku again.
