I ordered on 12/1/19. Order said estimated shipping date would be 12/2. On 12/2, date was pushed back to 12/3. Every day, shipping date is pushed back one day. Today, the estimated date is listed as today (12/6).
I have written Roku via the contact, no reply. Horrible customer service.

Estimated ship date keeps on increasing one day at a time, be happy to get a better visibility into when the item I purchased would be delivered.
I'm in the same boat. Ordered on 12/1/19 and the estimated shipping date keeps changing. Order #102179567. If I would have known it would take this long to ship I would've bought it at a higher price at Walmart.
