No Roku account but had charges

I have charges on my debit card that I did not make. I did not have a roku account when they were made. I just now set up an account so I can talk to you because you are not doing phone calls.

If Roku didn't have your account information yet, how could they charge you anything? What was the charge described as on your statement or online account?

Dispute this charge with your bank. They should be able to provide you with more detailed information on who placed the charge and what it represents.
