I had issues getting a RMA, I finally got the RMA, I shipped the sound bar back using UPS. The UPS tracking number states it was delivered Jan 26th, I have yet to see a refund on my credit card. I’m extremely unhappy with Roko service. I have a Roko on my Westinghouse TV, and that is the only Roko I will have. When it goes bad I will not ever purchase anther Roko device. I might be able to deal with it if there was any level of customer service above average. Can you tell me why I have not received my refund.
