Need help cancelling order

Can I get my money back if they took the money out today and I tried canceling and finally got it before it was to late

Cancel order

I can’t find how to cancel a roku stick order... i find order but there is not a command to cancel order... ???

Order cancellation

I can't believe it's  so hard to find a way to reach Roku's Customer Service. I need to cancel an order placed yesterday. Please help. Thank you
