Need customer support help asap!!! Money charge not accepted

So I just registered with hulu for their $5.99 plan but I was charged $49 on top of the $5.99. Both are labled the same on my bank accout. I cant get ahold of a real person and I need my money back in my account now!!!! And cancel what ever that $49 charge is
