Re: My old email is not available and I do not remember my old password either
My old email that shows up on our Roku account is no longer valid. When I use that email with our password, I get an ID/Password error, so I cannot log in. Can someone from Customer Support please contact me. Note I cannot log into my account to use your Private Messenger.
