Roku charged my credit card and said I would be notified once it was shipped. It's been two weeks and I never got my Roku or any shipment details. No one at Roku will respond to my requests and I'm wondering if I need to have my credit card company get involved. Can someone help?

Same here,and no one to answer questions via telephone,email support were left to deal with a forum?this is bull**bleep**,this is terrible Roku shame on you !!!!
Did you get a tracking number or any kind of sign that it was sent ?
I havent,but they did take my money !!!!

I have also been invoiced and nothing has arrived. The only option I see is to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.
Roku has dropped a notch in my opinion and it's time to start looking at other options.
