My Account doesn't show Purchase history

I'm TRYING to figure out the charges on my Roku account.  The support help offered so far say I need to check my "Purchase History"  But, I don't have a tab for that any where and when I click the check out basket it won't load.  I just get the spinning wheel.  I seem to have a phantom account where by Roku charges appear on my bill and yet there's not proof I've purchased them and I can't get the recurring charges to stop thru Roku.  What's that about?

What's that about? It's about a conclusion that's not correct. Avoid that.

You see, there is no "tab" for purchases or subscriptions. Not just that you don't see one, such doesn't exist.

If you want to see your purchase history, open a Web browser and go to https://my.roku.com and log in. In the "Manage Account" section, there's a link (not a tab) for View your purchase history. That's what you need to click.

Now, I have one question to help determine about your account. When you go to Settings > System > About on your Roku device, you'll see an email address. Is that the same email address you used to log in on https://my.roku.com ? And, if not, why not?

I tried accessing that initial account.  I tried requesting a new password reset for the account the roku TV is tied to.  I'm still waiting for that reset email.

So you're dealing with two separate accounts. That'll need some looking into so you can figure out which account you want to use going forward.

As for the reset email, check the spam or junk filter on the accounts. Also, check settings, as some spam filters may automatically delete some spam, though that's not common.
