Motor trend and Roku charging me for motor trend?

Jump to solution

It looks like we are getting charged twice for Mototrend every month! One comes out labled extreme ventures for $4.99 and another labeled roku for mototrend for $5.34.

I log into roku and it shows we have been charged $5.34 every month and then I log into Mototrend and it shows we have been charged $4.99 every month. I am confused why we are paying twice for this? Are we paying for the app to be on our TV?

@Tyler2

Thanks for the inquiry.

Please be aware that it's possible that you may have 2 subscriptions to the Motor Trend channel, one through Roku Pay, and one through the channel provider directly. If you are currently subscribed to the channel through both, we would recommend cancelling one of those subscriptions to avoid being double billed.

To manage your subscription through Roku Pay, log into your Roku account online at my.roku.com and click Manage your subscriptions. If you wish to manage your subscription through the channel provider directly, you will need to contact the channel provider.

Thanks,
Danny
