Monthly billing charge of $9.99

I Subscribed to something for a year ($59) and was billed by that company.

I was also billed for the same thing by Roku, and now also keep getting a monthly charge for $9.99 from Roku as well.

I cannot get anywhere with this problem because they don’t seem to understand and tell me that they are not billing me...but I have it in black & white on my credit card statement!!

Anybody else have this problem, and how do you get a refund if they claim they haven’t billed me.  Sorry, this is so frustrating because the extra charges are over $100 now.....

Check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions

If none are shown, Roku probably won't help you and there's a chance that the charge is not really coming from Roku (just someone using their name).

If none are shown, Roku probably won't help you and there's a chance that the charge is not really coming from Roku (just someone using their name).
