I'm having an almost identical problem. $69.54 is being taken out of my bank every month for a Fubo sports channel subscription, but Roku claims they have no record of Fubo on my account or by my email. And get this, Fubo can find my account but they tell me they can't cancel it (which is crazy too). They say that Roku manages the account and only Roku can cancel it. But Roku can't find it?! So I can't cancel it!? I'm just stuck paying it?!
