Roku received the Streambar I returned on March 16. I have not yet received my refund. I have called, chatted and emailed with customer service, all of which confirmed receipt of the Streambar, with promises to follow up with the “billing department” to provide an update on my refund. I’m frustrated with so many apparent platforms for customer support (social media included) but NO ACTUAL HELP on what should be a fairly straightforward transaction. Please, Roku, where is my refund?
*Note: This topic has been posted by others, which is alarming! I would think twice before purchasing another Roku product, which is unfortunate because I enjoy the Roku product I do have.

Amazon and Walmart both sell Roku products and have excellent return policies. Just sayin' ...

Oh I returned my Roku 4K in May. The USPS said it was delivered to Roku at the address Roku provided on June 1. The email stated I would get a refund in 3 to 5 business days, but NO refund or communication from Roku! I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED with Roku!!’

Hello, I've had the same problem I bought a roku streaming soundbar and was returned. I've had several chats and emails and still no refund, I paid 194 dollars for this and they were quick to take my money but when it comes to getting your refund back, you will never get it back, they like to steal your money so if you have a problem with your device, it's better to just sell it then return it. Cause they don't honor any of there refund policy. I wish this business would just shut down cause they have poor customer support. You can't even talk to anyone on there support system. They have poor customer support, so I guess I will have to take further action.
