Ordered a replacement stick in late September, turns out it was shipped but somehow never delivered to me. Waited 48-72 hrs before reporting to Usps that the item was never delivered. I obtained a claim# from Usps , & based on last info, the item is currently being returned to sender. Should I be expecting a replacement soon?? & how long will it take?? How long does it take to obtain a refund???
