Missing device refund for over 3 weeks since received at Roku Warehouse

Extremely poor customer experience with Roku Customer Service. Returned 2 devices on 4/12, confirmed by FedEx. Still haven't received refund as of 5/5.  DON'T BUY FROM ROKU, BUY FROM AMAZON WHERE REFUNDS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE RESPONSIVE.

@cultivate A better option may be your state's consumer protection agency, if there is one. It could go by different names, depending on the state.

First, though, confirm you didn't receive an email from Roku about the issue that was captured by your spam filters. You don't want to look foolish, if such a thing happened, and Roku had acted properly and in good faith.
