Managing a subscription

I am trying to change plans on the Hulu website. I already have Hulu +Live Tv. I added Disney + through the app, but I want to bundle. When I try to change the plan in the Hulu website, it says I need to go to Disney + to do so. I tried that, called and they said I need to access this through Roku. I am so confused and dont know what to do or how to go about changing my plan since Hulu wont let me. My question I guess is, do you have to unsubscribe Disney + from Roku before you can bundle it with Hulu? Please help?

Re: Managing a subscription

Short answer is yes.  You can't bundle something you pay for through one company with something you pay for through a different company.  So if Roku is the one charging you for Disney+ then you'll have to unsubscribe through Roku.
