I signed up for a free trial of Starz on a smart tv via Starz app. When the trail ended I started to get billed through Roku. I do not own a Roku device nor did I have a Roku account. When I signed into my Starz account to cancel the subscription it redirected me to Roku. I was then forced to sign up and create an account which is super annoying. BUT what is more annoying is that my Starz subscription is not showing up in Roku so there is now way to cancel it! I need to understand how to link the two accounts so that I can cancel a channel that I NEVER use.
If you signed up for a free trial through a Smart TV, I don't see how you could possible be billed through Roku (unless your Smart TV is a Roku TV). Have you tried contacting Starz to inquire further regarding your subscription?
