I just want an answer in what happen with my roku device , it’s been almost a month since I order my roku express 4K and never received , I check on the tracking number it told that the address in which the order was sent to was incorrect , well I understand but it went back to the original sender and it’s been almost two weeks since roku was returned and delivered to the original sender and haven’t received an email or a refund in which I’m worried because I will not paid for something I didn’t received . I send three emails and haven’t get ans answer . Awful costumer service 😠
