Just want an answer , where’s my roku device?

I just want an answer in what happen with my roku device , it’s been almost a month since I order my roku express 4K and never received , I check on the tracking number it told that the address in which the order was sent to was incorrect , well I understand but it went back to the original sender and it’s been almost two weeks since roku was returned and delivered to the original sender and haven’t received an email or a refund in which I’m worried because I  will not paid for something I didn’t received . I send three emails and haven’t get ans answer . Awful costumer service 😠

Well thanks for the reply , sadness I already did the process several times and still waiting for solution even though supposedly have to be costumer service I haven’t get an answer . RokuDanny-R  Thanks for aleast answering
