My latest bills have been $64, can you advise it why went up from $54? Can I see exactly what I am paying for? Did you raise your rates?

You need to give a lot more information. If you're paying some fee just to use your Roku, you're getting scammed. If you're paying a fee for a particular channel, what's the channel? Personally, I'm smelling a scam here.
