I have been locked out of premium channels for past two months since paying for them over the phone with Roku representative a week before they stopped answering phone calls for quarantine . I can’t log into my account because the agent did not help or instruct me to set One up. Is my account fake or connected to someone else? This is a pretty shady company and the support is very poor. I can’t get a response from anyone. Can anyone help?
Paying for them over the phone? I'm pretty sure Roku never had a way to do that. Sounds like you fell for a scam. What's the email address that shows up under Settings->About? Is it yours? Can you log in at https://my.roku.com using that email address?
