I want to cancel Discovery Plus but there’s no apparent way to do that either through my TV or the Roku website because it doesn't show that I have this subscription. However, it does shows up as a charge in my bank account every month. I've tried to resolve this with no luck. Has anyone had any luck in fixing this?
Did you subscribe directly with Discovery+? Roku charges will show up on your statement with "Roku" in the description of the charge. Make sure when you're checking your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com you're using the same email address to log in as the email address that shows under Settings->System->About.

I have tried a live chat with them with the end result being they wanted to troubleshoot my TV. I didn't want them doing that so nothing was fixed. Not sure why this is such a huge problem. I just want Discovery Plus cancelled.
I couldn't figure out the TV thing either. Thanks for the phone number. I've tried talking to someone before but I had a hard time understanding them & they weren't helpful. Sent an email yesterday and will see what happens with that.
