Hi! I made a return for RMA 330361 and still have not received my refund! It's been more than a week and a half so I wanted to check in, I sent it with the correct instructions and wanted to know if there was an update! Thanks!
We placed a replacement for our Roku Streaming stick (RMA 331212). We mailed it in per the instructions and it has been received at their warehouse on the 23rd, but have not heard anything about the replacement being mailed out for us. Just looking for a status.
