I need help to cancel a subscription

i have been unable to reach out to roku to cancel a subscription i didn’t authorize in the first place.  i have been trying to reach out to roku for about 3 years to cancel the account to no avail!!!  please help!  roku has stolen over $200.00 from me and roku does not provide customer service for this issue which has become fraudulent!

For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

Log in to your Roku account.  If the subscription is not there it is not Roku that is responsible for the charge.

Hi @pmoore123, we recommend editing your post to remove any of your personal information since this is a public forum. But with that said, we're happy to look into your account details and review any active subscriptions you have for cancellation. We will be sending you a direct message here on the Roku Community to cover this with you for your privacy. 

If you would prefer, for future reference, you can also log into my.roku.com and you will see the option "Manage your subscriptions" available. This will also allow you to cancel your subscriptions if you would rather go through this process online.

My subscription for Hulu was cancelled on 12/02/2018 according to your records. I have been continuosly billed for the subscription. Please help me reconcile this problem.
